Light the Night – October, 2015

Some pictures from Light the Night – October, 2015. It was a bit cold & rainy, but a big thank you to all of the volunteers who came out to canvas the neighborhood to invite everyone in to pray. Confession was available from 8:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. with the Blessed Sacrament exposed. We will do this again in June, 2016. See everyone then…

Holy Father’s Intention for October

pope francis praying rosaryUniversal: That human trafficking, the modern form of slavery, may be eradicated.

Evangelization: That with a missionary spirit the Christian communities of Asia may announce the Gospel to those who are still awaiting it.

Daily Offering
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world. I offer them for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart: the salvation of souls, reparation for sin, and the reunion of all Christians. I offer them for the intentions of our bishops and of all Apostles of Prayer, and in particular for those recommended by our Holy Father this month.
