The Cincinnati Oratory uses the Conversion Class Broadcast Scheduler to prepare scheduled Conversion Class broadcasts on our YouTube channel.
With an authorized staff member’s permission, the scheduler reads Conversion Class dates and start times from an Oratory Google Calendar. It creates a separate YouTube broadcast for each active class, checks for existing broadcasts to avoid duplicates, and connects new broadcasts to the Oratory’s existing reusable stream. Cancelled classes are skipped.
This is an internal tool for authorized Oratory staff. Visitors to this page do not need to sign in, and the scheduler does not collect information from them. The tool does not send commands to start or stop a broadcast. YouTube’s automatic start and stop settings may still apply to scheduled broadcasts.
