Effective September 27, 2026
The Conversion Class Broadcast Scheduler is an internal tool operated by The Cincinnati Oratory. It is intended for authorized staff managing the Oratory’s calendar and YouTube channel. It offers no public account or public use.
Staff who authorize a Google account should confirm that the account has the necessary calendar and channel permissions and review the permissions requested by Google. Staff remain responsible for checking class dates, times, cancellations, and scheduled broadcasts in YouTube Studio.
The scheduler does not control the live encoder or send YouTube commands to start or stop a broadcast. Broadcast availability and streaming behavior also depend on Google and YouTube services and the Oratory’s equipment. Use of those services remains subject to their applicable terms.
The Oratory may change or discontinue this internal tool. Questions may be sent to jpbevak@cincinnatioratory.com.
Read the Privacy Policy or return to the Conversion Class Broadcast Scheduler page.
