A reminder that January 1 is a Holy Day of Obligation. Be sure to attend Mass on New Year’s Day. We will also have a Holy Hour at 11:00 p.m. this evening. The Holy Hour will conclude with Benediction at Midnight. A plenary can be gained under the usual conditions (the reception of Holy Communion, Sacramental Confession within 21 days, detachment from sin, and prayers for the Holy Father’s intentions) by joining us for the Te Deum tonight at 11:00 p.m. and the Veni Creator following Benediction.

Masses on New Year’s Day between Old St. Mary’s and Sacred Heart are as follows, the Veni Creator will be chanted following each Mass:

Old St. Mary’s
9:00 a.m. – Low Latin with Organ
11:00 a.m. – Sung English Mass

Sacred Heart
10:00 a.m. – Sung Latin Mass

There is no 7:15 a.m. or 12:10 p.m. Mass at Old St. Mary’s on New Year’s Day. Confessions will be heard from 10:15 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
